If you are experiencing problems when registering, be sure to try the following solutions:
- Ensure that the domain "vmc.qc.ca" is in your Safe List. This can be done by going into your e-mail account's junk mail options.
- Request a new password. This can be done by clicking "Lost password" on the home page of the Course Portal...
- If all else fails, register again. It happens that e-mail addresses are misspelled and a new registration should solve this.
Should you still experience problems, be sure to get in touch with the site administrator at "information@vmc.qc.ca" with your username and e-mail address.
DO NOT wait until after the exam expires to e-mail any problems you may be experiencing.
