If you are experiencing problems when registering, be sure to try the following solutions:

Ensure that the domain "vmc.qc.ca" is in your Safe List. This can be done by going into your e-mail account's junk mail options.
Request a new password. This can be done by clicking "Lost password" on the home page of the Course Portal...
If all else fails, register again. It happens that e-mail addresses are misspelled and a new registration should solve this.

Should you still experience problems, be sure to get in touch with the site administrator at "information@vmc.qc.ca" with your username and e-mail address. DO NOT wait until after the exam expires to e-mail any problems you may be experiencing.

	Please note, that if you are registering for a course you must use your FULL NAME as it appears on your report card or school schedule. Other false names and appended names will be deleted. Teachers require your full name in order to properly mark your work. Thank you for your understanding.
