Charity Fashion Gala

VMC has been producing charity fashion shows in conjunction with variety shows for many years. This year however, we will be producing our very first fashion show on its own-- Vincent Massey Collegiate's 1st Annual Charity Fashion Gala. It will be held on Friday, April 1^st, 2011 in conjunction with the Montreal Neurological Institute and Hospital. All of this year's proceeds will be donated to the Neuro benefiting research in neurological diseases, namely brain tumors.

This charity was chosen this year to honor the late husband of one of the Gala's organizing teachers, Sabrina Gagliardi; he lost his battle to a brain tumor in October 2009; he was 31 years old. Thanks to the generosity of our community and student body, we have thus far (without ticket sales) exceeded our initial goal of raising $10 000!
