ELECTIONS
1. Elections for Junior and Senior House Representatives will take place before the third week of May. The eligibility of candidates will be is determined in the “membership” section of this document. Applications will be made available and accepted by the end of April.
2. Candidacy must be established for Junior/Senior House Representative with the following
a. 10 Supporters of their respective house and level representation
b. 20 Supporters of their respective house and other level
c. 5 of their present teachers shall sign
d. 2 Signatures from the administration for approval of candidacy
e. Thus the candidate applying for candidacy will require a total of 37 signatures from the faculty, administration and respective house body.
f. Fulfill other criteria pre-nomination as outlined in the “membership” section of this document.
3. The candidates who have the necessary number of supporters along with the administration’s approval will campaign and address their respective house
4. A simple majority will determine the successful candidate. If a tie occurs, second ballot will be conducted for the position.
5. Successful candidates will be determined by a vote per the candidate’s house.
